Does MotionLite offer a warranty on its products?

Yes, MotionLite offers a 180 day limited warranty from the date of purchase, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use and service. This Limited Warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation or maintenance.

Why should I purchase MotionLite?

MotionLite does what no other lighting product can - illuminates your wheels from the outside.  No more attaching lights to the surface of your rims.  MotionLite is remote controlled, comes standard with seven colors, has strobe and morphing functions and is virtually invisible during the day.        

What type of finish is applied to MotionLite Components?

MotionLite units were design built to endure the harshest conditions for mounting in the wheel well and underside of vehicles.  All aluminum components are anodized, heavy duty plastics are used for motor housing and light heads sealed for all weather operation.  MotionLite cables are heavy gauge with watertight military grade connectors and all mounting hardware is stainless steel to provide as much corrosion resistance as possible.

Will MotionLite fit my vehicle?

MotionLite is designed with universal mounting brackets to fit most Cars, Trucks and SUVs.  MotionLite is a custom product that can be custom installed in a variety of ways.  The size of your vehicles rims, the suspension travel, turning radius of your wheels and depth of your wheel well are all factors that will determine if and where you can install MotionLite.

Does MotionLite ship internationally?

Yes, MotionLite ships to every country, but you must have a credit card issued by a major bank capable of Address Verification Services.


What method of shipping do you use?

MotionLite orders are shipped via multiple carriers dependent upon location and service needed.  Shipping options can be viewed on the checkout page.

Can I return my item?

Yes, you can return your system if purchased online through www.MotionLite.com for up to 14 days after receiving it.  All returns must be unused and uninstalled.

How do I return my item?

Contact sales@motionlite.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Once you receive it, you will be asked to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, a 10% restocking fee is charged on all returned orders.
