LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Policy: This Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser only, relating to the vehicle on which the product was originally installed, and cannot be transferred to anyone else at any time.
Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer.
Warranty Period: Your Limited Warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as stated on the sales receipt, and extends 180 days from that date.
What is covered:
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use and service. We will, at our option, replace your part, repair your part, or refund your money for any part that we sell that fails during the warranty period. Replacement parts provided as warranty replacement carry the remainder of the original warranty term or 180 days from the date of exchange, whichever is longer, subject to the conditions and exclusions in this warranty.
What is not covered:
This Limited Warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation or maintenance. Parts installed for use in racing or competition have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than that which accords with their original design and application have no warranty. This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to accident or collision, or due to misuse, abuse, modification, or the failure of another part. This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail or other environmental conditions.
This Limited Warranty does not cover proper regular maintenance of car body parts, such as front steering axle alignment and tire balancing. This warranty also does not cover appropriate adjustments on original tires.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects. This Limited Warranty does not cover physical injuries or property damage, labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, rental vehicle charges, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. MotionLite is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, improper use, neglect or abuse, and is limited under warranty to repairing or replacing the item only.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR WARRANTY FAILURE AND THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MOTIONLITE, LLC, ALL ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND ALL ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, FOR ANY PARTS IT WARRANTS. MOTIONLITE, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No agent, employee or other representative of MotionLite, LLC has any authority to bind MotionLite, LLC to any affirmation. MotionLite, LLC does not authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions or exclusions of this warranty. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Any implied warranties that may apply to your part by law are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above information may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
During the warranty period, MotionLite will use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any defective product, at its sole option; provided, however, that the customer has complied with the Product Return Policy.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Before returning any product you believe is defective, you must contact MotionLite by telephone or email and provide to MotionLite details of the warranty claim situation and the product serial number printed on the control box. A Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) for the product must be issued by MotionLite prior to the return of any product for a warranty claim. You must then return the defective product to MotionLite, shipping costs prepaid, and include the RAN clearly on the outside box. Your original receipt or other proof of purchase and a legible description of the problem must be included with the returned product. Any Claim for shortage or shipping damage must be accompanied by the Store Receipt or Packing Slip and the registration number from the web or paper registration, and must be submitted within 15 days of receipt or invoice date, whichever is later. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by your Limited Product Warranty, Damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier and you must make a claim directly with the carrier. Returns to be sent to the below address if advised by MotionLite in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. THE LIABILITY OF MOTIONLITE LLC, AND OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, IN ALL EVENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF SUCH AMOUNT BY MOTIONLITE, LLC SHALL BE THE FINAL AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED OR ALLEGED BY CUSTOMER TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. ALL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY SHALL CEASE WITH THE EXPIRATION OF THE 180-DAY WARRANTY PERIOD.

All warranties and liabilities of MotionLite, LLC are waived unless the Registration form (located in the box packaging) is mailed to the address below or completed on the motionLite.com Registration site no later than 30 days from the valid point of retail sales.
